About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in North West Italy. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting sales teams in growing sales through technical consulting in an assigned geographic area or to specific accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice to customers and help develop proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Engage with local customers and maintain updated documents and processes to enhance sales engineering performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Support quotes and bids, and handle post-sale project management duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to make complex concepts simple and executable.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Teamwork-oriented and able to work across levels and geographies.
  • Engineering degree and fluency in Italian and English.

  • Extroverted team player with strong communication skills.
  • Capable of executing analyses in financial and analytical tools.
