Business Development Specialist

As a seasoned Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing direct sales. You will be a key player in our sales organization, taking part in both sales activities and business development within the department.
Your primary customers are medium to large companies in various multinational industries and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle to exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Meet and surpass KPIs and sales targets.
- Build and drive direct sales activities.
- Possess deep knowledge of business services.
- Contribute to business development.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce.
- Contribute to co-marketing campaigns.
- Remain updated with competition at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in a fast-paced and competitive services or IT sales department.
- Minimum 5 years of experience generating pipeline and selling with or through partners.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of enterprise B2B technology.
- Understanding of partner programs from technology vendors in the market.
- Ability to work under daily/weekly deadlines in a fast-changing work environment.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Credibility in selling at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships.
- Driven and competitive with a strong desire to overachieve.
- Curious, coachable, and a willingness to learn.
- Passion for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships.
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
