Partner Development Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy, and cultivate new partnerships to drive revenue growth for emerging ads products.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working to build a unique, world-class advertising business with a relentless focus on the customer. The successful candidate will possess great relationship-building skills and be apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent our customers, our brands, and our advertising products.

Responsibilities include closing high-impact partnerships, representing Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies, and working cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will have some years of professional or military experience, developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements, as well as experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Closing high-impact partnerships driving revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
  • Managing a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
  • Representing Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  • Deep technical knowledge of business models and product integrations
  • Working cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives and programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
