Job Description
The E-Business Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and managing LFB's CRM and e-business activities on local markets, enhancing the Maison's presence and performance on online channels within an integrated omnichannel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition of the local E-Retail strategy and commercial/animation activity plans, collaborating with other departments involved (Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, etc.).
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and growth of E-Retail business.
- Oversee online product merchandising of catalogues, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- Analyze web traffic and user behaviors to identify opportunities for improving online sales performance; generate regular reports on e-business sales performance, conversion rates, etc.
- Coordinate with HQ to maintain an ecommerce plan in line with the local strategy.
- Manage forecast, logistics, and invoicing (orders and promotional items).
- Ensure brand consistency across different digital channels.
- Implement and optimize local CRM strategies following HQ Guidelines to improve customer engagement.
- Generate regular reports to monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and analyze data from CRM systems to help shape future sales strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role involving CRM systems management and/or coordination of e-retail activities.
- Previous experience in luxury or beauty industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- SEO/SEM campaigns understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with experience in creating detailed reports.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SAP / Tableau, Power BI are nice to have.
- Technical skills related to website function (HTML) is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
