About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at SAINT LAURENT. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in contributing to the store's sales and key indicators achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating their future requests.
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to drive business growth and exceed individual sales and KPI goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fashion culture and create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating a transparent and genuine attitude.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities and support the front and back-of-house teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Personal taste and passion for the fashion culture, with a desire to create personalized looks.
  • A natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude, with a motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
