Job Description:

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of our business and ensuring its financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor the monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) of our business
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions
  • Analyze the profitability of individual business lines and projects, and identify actions to preserve or improve margins
  • Support the determination of variable remuneration for management
  • Produce financial reports for submission to the Board of Directors
  • Oversee and monitor structured projects and provisions
  • Manage cash flows and monitor invoicing
  • Interact and coordinate with finance teams and staff departments

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in corporate finance or controlling
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English
