YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, inquisitive, and resourceful individual to join our Operations Plant.
As a Finishing Production Engineer, you will initially assist the Head of the Automated Finishing Area in enhancing departmental performance through the analysis of key performance indicators. This role will involve gradually taking on responsibilities for managing the reporting system and analyzing production data (including efficiency, quality, lead time, etc.), while also developing the managerial skills necessary for overseeing a complex production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Utilize SAP for gathering production data.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze production outcomes.
- Reporting: Present analytical findings to production management.
- Support Production Management:
- Model scheduling across multiple production lines.
- Analyze job allocation and improvement opportunities.
- Implement Lean Methodologies on a daily basis.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various area managers to optimize production flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments related to production, including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment, Human Resources, and Controlling.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify actions for improvement to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and productivity goals.
