About the Role

The Financial Accountant is a seasoned professional responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial reports, processing journal entries, and reconciling accounts. This role collaborates with Senior Finance Manager and Controller to prepare monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyze journals, produce data analysis and reports, and assist with variance analysis.
  • Plan and execute month-end activities, including preparing and processing journal entries.
  • Implement effective financial controls, including systems reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of reported figures.
  • Support the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Establish and enforce strong financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the ICT business.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role and good knowledge of transfer pricing processes.
  • Proficient in budget and forecast preparation.
  • Good knowledge of SAP is essential for this role.
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong attitude to work in a team and high capacity to organize priorities and meet deadlines.
