Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Clinical Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory level, focusing on case support and influencing customer usage of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support in areas such as case coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
  • Attend cases face-to-face with customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
  • Ensure timely collection and reporting of medical documentation related to procedural device operation.
  • Support team sales goals and increase sales revenues.
  • Develop deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Responding to complex customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
  • Recording customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, radiology techniques, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar.
  • Native or proficiency in Italian and good English level.
  • Open to travel and moving extensively.
