About the Role

The Associate HR Business Partner will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner of the Media area, supporting him with the management of Talent related topics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Senior HRBP of the area on HR projects and activities.
  • Managing and providing employee relations support on various HR topics.
  • Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team on candidate fit and assessment.
  • Partnering with business managers in various employees life cycle events.
  • Collaborating closely with the People & Culture Team to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure they are integrated in program offerings and workforce decisions.
  • Conducting Exit Interview meetings, tracking/summarizing meeting information, identifying trends, and escalating concerning patterns.
  • Managing the Onboarding process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year as Junior HR Business Partner inside complex and dynamic environments in the world of services.
  • Experience in guiding employees and managers in career planning and performance management.
  • Experience in advising employees on HR topics.
  • Strong foundations in labour law, HR operations, and processes.
  • Proven expertise in exercising tact and diplomacy in managing senior stakeholders and employees.
  • Fluent in English.
