As an Application Specialist Lab Solutions, you'll play a vital role in supporting our In Vitro Diagnostics Business Line. You'll work closely with customers to provide expert guidance on our Atellica Solutions and Integrated Instrument Family, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing post-sales support through method applications, troubleshooting, or activating technical service and application support to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring onsite instrument installation, customer training, and follow-up for Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Automation Product Lines.
  • Monitoring system performance by measuring selected KPIs.
  • Supporting new customer needs through direct support, collaboration with sales teams, or activating internal support channels.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Biomedical Laboratory Techniques.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical and clinical content effectively.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, flexibility, and availability to move within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
