About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Project Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for securing suppliers' QCD performances in line with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Sourcing Activity

• Ensure overall QCD target for project materials is met

• Participate in project management committee

• Integrate PSCL output into project picture

  1. Communicate Project Needs

• Organize launch meeting with TSS and Dom

• Challenge new gaps compared to tender commitments

• Facilitate cooperation between Engineering and Sourcing

  1. Define and Implement Project Sourcing Strategy

• Establish and agree on Project Sourcing Strategy with PM

• Supervise contracts execution of selected suppliers

  1. Manage Material Work Package

• Review QCD material scope with stakeholders

• Establish bridge analysis at each SPR cycle

• Engage claim process for CONQ S2 incidents

Requirements

• Master's degree in purchasing or equivalent

• Interest in technical field

• 5 years of experience in Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality

• Fluent English and international background

• Good interpersonal skills
