As a Project HSE Manager, you will be part of our Corporate Staff, responsible for conducting the following activities:

  • Developing and implementing the Project HSE Management System throughout all project phases;
  • Promoting the HSE Culture within the Project, Client, and Subcontractor's organizations;
  • Implementing HSE Risk Management processes;
  • Ensuring compliance with company and Saipem HSE MS, Standards, applicable local legislation, and International Standards;
  • Identifying safety and environmental criticalities and proposing mitigation measures;
  • Developing emergency preparedness and response plans;
  • Implementing an HSE training program;
  • Conducting HSE audits of projects work sites and subcontractor's premises;
  • Identifying leading and lagging indicators;
  • Ensuring effective HSE performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting;
  • Investigating incidents and participating in their investigation;
  • Participating in the Project and Vessels HSE Readiness Review process;
  • Stimulating and evaluating continuous improvement, HSE initiatives, technological, and methodological innovation;
  • Providing HSE-related engineering input into new projects and upgrade activities.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree;
  • Knowledge of English Language (B2/C1);
  • Labour Relationship: Permanent contract;
  • Years of Experience: 5-10;
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office package;
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, team management;
  • Nice to Have: NEBOSH IGC or ICERTOSH Certification, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification, knowledge of offshore operations, international Conventions, and main international standards applicable to Oil and Gas Industry and Renewables.
