Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules, leveraging expertise to optimize workflows and minimize downtime.
  • Apply lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in production processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven corrective actions.
  • Implement and enforce robust safety protocols to create a secure working environment, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of manufacturing innovation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries, demonstrating expertise in production planning and execution.
  • Experience in project management, showcasing successful planning and execution of complex projects, with a strong focus on timelines and budget management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software, including SAP and LEAN, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent level of English (C1), with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
