Research Analyst

At Paramount Pictures, we're seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our business growth and editorial strategic decisions team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategy and Ad Sales teams to provide forecasts and analysis to support revenue growth.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal partners, including brand, comms & PR, and marketing teams.
  • Provide data and insights to support business growth in the region.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc tasks, interpreting data to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Around 2 years of experience in research analytics and data provision.
  • Knowledge of linear and non-linear metrics in the broadcast/entertainment industry, with a focus on the Italian market.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V Lookup, etc.).
  • Hands-on technical skills, ideally with industry-specific tools (experience with Techedge is appreciated).
  • Passion for the media and entertainment industry.
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
