Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Translation Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our localization team, you will be responsible for converting customer requests into price offers and translation projects, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert customer requests into price offers and translation projects
  • Provide tailored and flexible solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contribute to the profitability and success of projects, driving customer retention
  • Monitor progress and report to manager to discuss strategic action
Requirements:
  • Experience in localization and account management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (German or French) a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in both written and verbal forms
  • Preferred knowledge of the translation industry, CAT tools, and computer/web technologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to think and adapt quickly
  • Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently
