We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee projects across multiple services and diverse client segments, guaranteeing timely execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and complying with budget limitations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse range of translation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with our team of professional translators, providing leadership and support to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery.
• Directly engage with our extensive and esteemed client base, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspects of projects, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to test and implement more efficient processes and workflows.
Requirements
• Experience in Localization and Project Management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.
• Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.
• Proficient in computer and web technologies.
• Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
• Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork.
• Robust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.
