Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Translation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse range of translation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with our team of professional translators, providing leadership and support to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery.
  • Directly engage with our esteemed client base, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspects of projects, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to test and implement more efficient processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Localization and Project Management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.
  • Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.
  • Proficient in computer and web technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork.
  • Robust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.
