About the Role

The Principal Quality role is a key position within our Italian Legal & Compliance Team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, information security, and compliance across the Italian Country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk and compliance policies, principles, and procedures to ensure proactive risk and compliance management practices.
  • Coordinate the implementation of group policies and procedures in country.
  • Manage periodic internal group reviews and external auditing provided by certification bodies.
  • Conduct external reviews of third parties and clients.
  • Research emerging compliance issues and review compliance-related documentation and contractual provisions.
  • Provide information and training materials to ensure the onboarding of new employees and clarify company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on risk and compliance issues.
  • Support the Supervisory Body's activities and manage mandatory documents according to GDPR regulations.
  • Assist in providing clients with data to confirm NTT systems' compliance with security rules.
  • Collaborate with the Europe Information Security Officer as the local point of contact.
  • Collect and provide country data for Sustainability goals.
  • Fill in clients' onboarding questionnaires regarding Sustainability, Security, Safety, and Quality matters.
  • Drive necessary steps to onboard third parties aligned with compliance rules.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Management Engineering with a specialization in Quality, Assurance, and Regulatory affairs.
  • Solid experience in a similar position in an IT/ICT company.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Knowledge of ex Legislative Decree 231/01 and D.lgs 81/08.
  • Good risk management approach.
  • Proven experience in managing internal and external auditing.
  • Strong ability in analyzing and managing organizational processes.
  • RSPP role in previous experience (preferred).
  • Auditor certification (preferred).
  • Strong attitude to work effectively in teams.
  • Client focus orientation.
  • Innovation approach for continuous improvement.
  • Problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to communicate with C-levels.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
