**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Advisor to provide top-notch assistance to employees via various channels, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver 1st-level IT support to client employees through phone, email, chat, and self-service portal
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues using remote access tools
  • Track and categorize IT tickets, prioritize requests, and provide updates using the ITSM system

**Requirements:**

  • C2-level German and advanced English proficiency
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level), preferably in a large organization
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams, with troubleshooting experience for hardware and software
  • Strong analytical approach, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility
