Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically-minded Senior Product Manager to join our Fresh team in Milan or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online customer experience (CX) strategy, providing actionable insights, and supporting our leadership team in defining the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of research methods, and be comfortable with quantitative data analysis. You will work with minimal direction, move quickly, and deliver high-quality outputs while juggling competing priorities and organizing your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end strategic workstreams, such as value proposition definition, and providing ad-hoc reports and support to the leadership team on key business and customer problems.
  • Developing and executing the product roadmap, including supporting business requirement definition, tracking product pipeline, running user acceptance testing, and deciding which CX products to deploy in-country.
  • Executing end-to-end analysis, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
  • Securing external market data for CEU, owning competitor and industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy, and Spain, and maintaining relationships with Amazon central teams and external industry bodies.
  • Partnering with various functions, such as selection, pricing, marketing, and vendor management, to identify research opportunities and priorities that focus on big customer rocks.
  • Supporting the Voice of the Customers function on ad-hoc topics and on roadmap creation and coordination with central teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment across geographies
  • Fluency in standard software, including Excel, SQL, and Python/R knowledge
  • Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail) and a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales
