Job MissionWe are seeking a skilled Service Sales Project Manager to guarantee the achievement of sales performance goals in a specific region and sector. The successful candidate will manage a list of target customers, deploy strategies defined with Sector Sales Manager and Country Sales Manager, and consolidate relationships with key customers. The role also involves developing new potential customers and supporting the definition of new product/solutions requirements relevant to the sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth understanding of target sector trends and competitors benchmarking.
- Support Sector Sales Manager in defining new product/solutions requirements relevant to the sector.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during all phases of development, including commissioning and prototype/field validation.
- Support Country Sales Manager in defining strategy to penetrate the specific sector in the reference region.
- Support implementation of local platforms needed to create culture within the branch and ensure complete service to customers.
- Visit target new customers regularly to develop new leads, build relationships, and generate new prospects opportunities.
- Define best technical and commercial proposal to secure orders, guaranteeing compliance with risk mitigation policies.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in RD/technical roles and in the Industrial Automation sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactivity and problem-solving attitude.
