About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel managed by Marriott International, Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests
  • Pamper our guests with exceptional beverage service
  • Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
Requirements
  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English
  • A safety-first approach
  • Positive outlook and dependability
  • Previous bartending experience is a big plus
