Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with international delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project quality control processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project control documentation.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields.
  • Italian and English fluency (oral and written) are essential. Other European language proficiency is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with architecture, engineering, or construction planning background.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including MS Project.
