**Role Overview**

As a Project Manager at Arcadis, you will assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing the management work of the project(s) in accordance with the agreed deadlines.

You will help the Project Manager to coordinate the project team, manage relationships with clients and suppliers, and with all stakeholders.

Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your duties will include verifying at every stage of the process that the activities assigned to the project team are carried out, and ensuring the quality of the work being done.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage one or more projects, ensuring their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods;
  • Plan projects and define contract development plans, setting up project teams suitable for the task and coordinating these resources;
  • Act as a mediator between parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization;
  • Conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with previsions regarding the progress of the project;
  • Draw up summary reports of weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of activities and creating/modifying schedules and budgets.

**Requirements**

  • A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required;
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector will be considered a plus;
  • Around 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Design Coordinator with on-site experience;
  • An excellent level of English (B2/C1); knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
  • A technical background to attend and intervene in technical meetings;
  • Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings;
  • Orientation to results;
  • Good knowledge: Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project;
  • Availability to travel.
