About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently monitor and control investigational sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the success of clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans and protocols.
  • Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and closure visits to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documents, including informed consent forms and study protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for site staff and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • At least three years of clinical research experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Relevant life science degree or healthcare background.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 8 days per month, depending on project needs.
