Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our Digital Customer Product Line team at Sky Italia. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a central role in analyzing and designing solutions to facilitate and support the development team's work.
Main Responsibilities- Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis activities and create detailed documentation to support the Agile Development Team.
- Requirement Management: Help moderate negotiation and simplification of detailed requirements to fit both cost constraints and solution quality.
- Solution Design: Participate in high-level solution design discussions to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with Architects, system representatives, Lead Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify the best solutions.
- Development Support: Provide support to Functional Analysts and development teams during development phases.
- Quality Assurance: Support Quality Assurance (QA) during testing phases, including SIT/UAT/E2E/trials.
- Project Support: Offer support to Project Managers, IT Business Partners (ITBP), and Delivery Managers of Agile Squads throughout the initiative's lifecycle and post-rollout.
- Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Innovation and Curiosity: Demonstrate an inclination and curiosity for innovation in the Digital & Integration field.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Show flexibility and ability to adapt to changing requirements and challenges.
- Problem-Solving and Learning: Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Proficiency: Possess proficiency in the English language.
- Technical Skills: Have the ability to perform reverse engineering in code, both back-end and client-side, and previous experience as a Software Engineer.
