Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Investment Specialist to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our Investment Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as monitoring actual vs. forecasted investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Monitor actual vs. forecasted investments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and supervise standard reporting on actual investment, both to internal and to HQ stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on media investments for internal and intercompany purposes.
  • Coordinate activities between Group Agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Set guidelines for updating front office media systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Interface with Commercial Department to ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and income statement understanding.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and multi-tasking with high quality and accuracy.
