Job Title: Regional Mobilization and Network Program Director

Overview

As a Regional Mobilization and Network Program Director at Microsoft, you will play a key role in driving the company's cloud services forward. You will be responsible for mobilizing new region data center capacity and managing the Data Center Operations Network Program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for regional data center operations to support Microsoft's growth and capacity needs.
  • Lead a team of IT and IAM professionals responsible for delivering data center capacity supporting the EMEA Region.
  • Collaborate with various Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams to resource plan for new site mobilization and network programs.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage program budget to ensure sound fiscal practices.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders to drive resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and significant years of experience delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
  • Significant years of experience in leading a diverse, technical team.
  • Experience with Project and Program management in large complex, cross-functional organizations.
