Job Title: Multisite Operations Director

Page Executive is seeking a highly experienced Multisite Operations Director to lead our industrial sites in the mechanical engineering sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing production budgets, supervising production activities, and controlling function results through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement production budgets for the group's sites
  • Supervise production activities across all industrial sites to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Control and supervise function results through data analysis and dedicated reporting
  • Define warehouse budgets and monitor their adherence
  • Supervise the planning of all supply chain phases to ensure On-Time Delivery
  • Enhance the technical and managerial skills of direct reports through a culture of measurement and improvement
  • Maintain high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least ten years of experience managing complex industrial plants in the mechanical engineering sector
  • Experience in overseeing production sites and managing planning processes
  • Strong strategic vision and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Understanding of safety regulations and HSE practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
