IM Coordinator

Wärtsilä is a leading technology company that enables sustainable societies through innovation in technology and services. We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Coordinator to join our team in Trieste, Italy.

The ICT Coordinator will be responsible for managing local ICT projects and changes, overseeing IM operations and cost efficiency, and serving as the local IM/ICT contact person for the entire Italy region.

• Manage local ICT projects and changes from inception to completion.
• Oversee IM operations and cost efficiency at the local level.
• Serve as the local IM/ICT contact person for the entire Italy region.
• Act as an IM consultant to determine the best IM services for specific needs.
• Manage local ICT vendors and contracts.
• Supervise Area ICT contacts in Italy.

• Strong experience in IM/ICT management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations efficiently.
• Proven track record in managing ICT projects and changes.
• Proficiency in English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) or C1 (Advanced) level.
• Ability to monitor, document, and report on ICT services' performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Strong ICT knowledge (Networking, Servers, etc.).
• Experience with vendor management and handling ICT-related contracts and systems.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with both central teams and local providers.
