At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to join our team. As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing custom advertising programs that help customers discover, research, and buy from leading brands and categories across Amazon.
You will work cross-functionally with Advertising Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Design/Web Development teams to ensure the successful execution of custom advertising solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Own program strategy, performance, product roadmap, and revenue goals
- Track and report on program performance to ensure differentiated value against objectives
- Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement
- Build business rationale to inform program prioritization and roadmapping
- Develop business requirements and user stories for proposed feature enhancements and collaborate with design technologists and engineers to scope, prototype, build, and scale
In this role, you will apply experimentation frameworks to validate the value of program enhancements to customers. You will also own program operations, including workflow and training documentation, and coordination with account teams.
