About the Job:

  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer care team as a trainee.
  • As a customer care trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work with our e-commerce team, assisting with online orders and customer service.
  • Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate or diploma holder with a passion for customer service, sales, and e-commerce.
  • You should be fluent in Italian and English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with online orders and customer service.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or diploma holder.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
