Descrizione del ruolo

La nostra azienda, Michael Page, è alla ricerca di un Application Manager SAP per supportare lo sviluppo e la gestione operativa dei sistemi informativi in conformità con il business e le esigenze dell'organizzazione.

Compiti e responsabilità
  • Gestione dei servizi ICT: collaborare con l'IT manager per determinare le risorse necessarie per l'implementazione delle soluzioni e coordinare le attività per garantire l'erogazione dei servizi ICT nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio concordati con il business.
  • Analisi dei processi di business: analizzare i processi di business aziendali quali supply chain, finance, controlling, planning, purchasing, HR per identificare aree di miglioramento e sviluppare strategie per ottimizzarli.
  • Definizione delle metodologie e degli strumenti: definire le metodologie e gli strumenti a supporto di analisi, modellazione e miglioramento del sistema ERP, CRM, business applications o technical application in linea con le evoluzioni tecnologiche e i requisiti richiesti.
  • Implementazione del reporting operativo: definire e implementare il reporting operativo aziendale per supportare le decisioni aziendali.
  • Supporto alle attività di Change Management: supportare le attività di Change Management per garantire la trasformazione dei processi aziendali.
  • Contributo alla creazione dei nuovi KPI di servizio: contribuire alla creazione dei nuovi KPI di servizio e al loro costante aggiornamento e monitoraggio.
Requisiti del candidato
  • Laurea in ingegneria o laurea in ambito tecnico scientifico/informatico.
  • Ottima conoscenza di IT Management (ITIL) Design, Transition e Operation, conoscenza dei processi di business ERP, PLM e CRM.
  • Competenza in ambito application & reporting, design and development, process improvement & business change management.
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem solving.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
