About the Role
The Strategic Account Manager for Intelligence Solutions is tasked with formulating and executing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing demand and sales of Franke's offerings through various distribution channels. This role involves overseeing pricing strategies and discount frameworks, ensuring their effectiveness in the marketplace. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to design and implement impactful marketing programs that align with the company's commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the promotional calendar and sales initiatives for the fiscal year, translating the company's commercial strategy across all sales avenues while ensuring proper product positioning through relevant benchmarks.
- Craft and execute marketing strategies tailored for distribution channels: develop and implement promotional plans that bolster product sales at retail locations and points of sale. Work in tandem with the sales team to guarantee that marketing efforts are synchronized with sales objectives.
- Assist the marketing team in creating point-of-sale materials that empower retailers to effectively market products and drive sales.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities by reviewing sales data, profitability, and other key performance indicators. Utilize insights to refine marketing and sales strategies and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Conduct market analysis to gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape. Leverage research insights to guide marketing strategies and innovate new approaches.
- Collaborate with the product management team to innovate and develop new products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector.
