Job Title: Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Specialist to join our team at HHLA PLT Italy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and commissioning of equipment for our port expansion project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct equipment procurement, delivery, and testing activities to meet project requirements
  • Analyze equipment needs to determine suitable solutions that meet performance criteria
  • Provide solutions to project schedule delays and ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety codes
  • Oversee equipment suppliers and coordinate with HHLA headquarters on equipment specifications and solutions
  • Ensure timely procurement of equipment within project and headquarters constraints
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in equipment procurement and commissioning for large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of equipment regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field
