Noi di The North Face siamo alla ricerca di un intraprendente Specialista delle Vendite che si unisca al nostro team con sede in Galleria S.Carlo a Milano.
Compiti e ResponsabilitàIl nostro Specialista delle Vendite sarà responsabile di:
- Fornire un servizio di livello elevato ai nostri clienti.
- Developare una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti in negozio e trasmettere questa conoscenza ai nostri dipendenti junior.
- Supportare i nuovi assunti, aiutandoli nel loro inserimento.
- Mantenere gli standard di merchandising in linea con le direttive del brand.
- Aggiornarsi sulle tendenze del momento e sul posizionamento del brand sul mercato.
- Seguire tutte le procedure operative nel negozio e nel magazzino.
- Supportare occasionalmente il team di gestione nei processi di apertura e chiusura.
Noi cerchiamo un Specialista delle Vendite che:
- Ama interagire con i clienti.
- Funge da esempio per il resto del team grazie alla sua praticità, entusiasmo e passione per offrire un'esperienza cliente eccezionale.
- Ha un atteggiamento propositivo nell'affrontare tutte le circostanze del negozio.
- Ha una passione per il nostro marchio, la moda e la vendita al dettaglio in generale.
- Ha almeno 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa in un negozio dai ritmi dinamici, preferibilmente nel settore della moda o del lifestyle.
- Ha competenze comunicative scritte e orali sia in italiano che in inglese.
- È flessibile qualora vi sia la necessità di lavorare nel fine settimana, di sera e durante le festività.
