Adecco Italia S.p.A. ricerca un Inside Sales Representative per azienda cliente internazionale specializzata in cybersecurity con sede a Roma e a Milano. Il candidato dovrà gestire e individuare nuovi clienti e mantenere e/o aumentare i ricavi all'interno degli account commerciali esistenti all'interno di una regione specifica. Si occuperà di ingaggiare efficacemente il mercato al fine di aumentare i ricavi e il margine all'interno della regione di competenza. Responsabilità:
sviluppare e qualificare nuove opportunità di lead per incrementare le entrate in specifici mercati
generare clienti potenziali attraverso 'chiamate a caldo e a freddo' e la qualificazione di lead generati tramite marketing, servizi di telemarketing e web;
servire come contatto principale per i propri account;
gestione accurata di tutti i lead, delle opportunità e i dati associati tramite lo strumento CRM (SFDC) e aggiornamento di tutte le attività all'interno di SFDC;
raggiungere tutti gli obiettivi prefissati e realizzare i KPI;
mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata del settore e della posizione competitiva dell'azienda;
pianificazione strategica e tattica congiunta con l'Account Manager.Requisiti richiesti:
esperienza in un ruolo di vendita interna o 'ibrido';
comprovata esperienza nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
la conoscenza di costituisce preferenza;
la conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2 è necessaria;
ottime capacità organizzative e di definizione delle priorità sono indispensabili per questo ruolo.Cosa offriamo:
