At xFarm Technologies, we are driving the digital transformation in agriculture by improving the lives of millions of farmers. We act for environmental, economic, and social sustainability of the sector through our Smart Farming ecosystem, providing a range of tools and consulting services.
We currently support over 450 thousand farms in Europe and South America on more than 6 million hectares with our products. To accelerate growth, we are seeking a talented Digital Product Manager to join one of our vertical tribes as a Product Owner.
Your Mission
- Take on the role of Product Owner within a tribe focusing on sustainability, regenerative agriculture, core platform functionalities, internationalization, or precision livestock management.
- Report directly to a Product Manager while being involved in the creation of new features and services and managing their growth and quality in an Agile framework.
- Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring full understanding by the Tech team, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital product management.
- Solid knowledge of the agricultural sector, its dynamics, and key challenges is required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to effectively manage development sprints.
- Knowledge of product management and development tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
