We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Intern to join our team at Euronext. As an HR Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Intern, you will assist the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager in various activities related to talent management and acquisition, process improvement, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in working on different projects focusing on reporting for Talent Management and Acquisition, process improvement, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring managers during the recruiting process: screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, and arranging interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist candidates in the application process on our HR Management System (Workday).
- Support key Group HR projects and process improvements to provide value to the business.
- Ensure alignment of HR processes by partnering with colleagues from other countries.
- Support in organizing training opportunities for employees and reporting activities.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A Master's Degree in Languages, Economics, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Good communication skills.
- Precision and attention to details.
- Organizational skills.
- A previous experience will be considered as a plus.
