We Are Social is a global creative agency with a presence in 16 offices worldwide. As an Art Director, you will be part of the Creative and Editorial department, responsible for ensuring and evolving our clients' visual identity across all types of content.

The role of the Art Director involves conceptualizing and producing social content for our clients' editorial plans, following their shared editorial guidelines. This internship aims to foster complete autonomy and responsibility in delivering ongoing content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-definition of creative concepts, their execution, and detailed crafting
  • Art direction for ongoing content, formats, and activations for the clients' editorial plan
  • Execution and quality control of output during the creative production phase
  • Study and development of visual identity and brand for reference clients
  • Participation in defining and developing editorial strategy in terms of languages and visual formats
  • Constant alignment with Creative and Client Service references

Requirements:

  • Degree in art direction, graphic design, or equivalent fields
  • A previous short experience in creative agencies is highly appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in extended and complex teams
  • Competence and mastery across different media, formats, tools, and techniques of visual communication
  • High affinity and passion for social media
  • Intuition for current trends and developments
  • A good knowledge of English is a plus
