Program Administrator

At St. Matthew's House, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents and staff. As a Program Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, working closely with the V.P. of Programs to maintain quality, consistency, and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the training department to develop program-specific trainings that address proficiencies in various program roles.
  • Audit the resident database, MissionTracker, for accuracy and completeness of resident profiles.
  • Conduct assessments of individual programs to ensure a consistent experience for residents throughout SMH programs.
  • Work with program directors to develop policies and procedures, specific to programs, where none exist.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to program directors and other administrators as needed.
  • Ensure operational integrity through regular onsite visits and audits.
  • Develop program-specific new hire training to acclimate new staff to their roles within programs.
  • Participate in program-specific events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or similar degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with MissionTracker resident management software platform.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with individuals who are homeless or suffering from addiction.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Spreadsheets.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Ability to stand for at least 4 hours at a time and lift at least 25 pounds.
