Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at ThyssenKrupp nucera Italy. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and materials.
  • Preparing and revising technical-commercial offers, including pricing, delivery times, and commercial terms, in collaboration with other departments and customers.
  • Entering orders into our ERP system and monitoring project progress to ensure seamless execution.
  • Finalizing supply contracts, including order confirmation, contract drafting, and purchase order checks.
  • Managing project procurement activities, including expediting, shipments, and stakeholder coordination within the technical department.
  • Preparing reports for internal use, including commercial analysis, project controlling, finance reporting, and order acquisition forecast planning.
  • Handling customer claims on relevant orders until closure and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in after-sales, preferably in engineering companies.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a team coordinator, supervising technical and commercial documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at various levels (internal/external, verbal/written).
  • Determination to achieve challenging targets.
  • Analytical synthesis and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomy in decision-making and initiative.
  • Ability to organize and plan activities to assign priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in IT systems, including MS Office package and ERP software.
  • Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
