Cerchiamo un Product Manager

Per la nostra sede di Milano, A2A Energia sta cercando un Product Manager per la struttura Sviluppo E-mobility & Value Added Solutions che si occupa di sviluppare nuovi prodotti, soluzioni e servizi a valore aggiunto in ambito B2C e B2B (VAS e E-Mobility) secondo il piano industriale e commerciale della società.

Le principali responsabilità

  • Studio e disegno del concetto di prodotto, sviluppo della Value Proposition, del pricing e del modello operativo di nuovi "ecosistemi" di prodotto-servizio per clienti finali.
  • Sviluppo di nuove idee, ottimizzazione e re-ingegnerizzazione del portafoglio prodotti e servizi esistente in base alle più recenti tendenze tecnologiche, agli adeguamenti normativi e alle principali dinamiche di mercato.
  • Analisi delle principali tendenze di mercato, innovazioni tecnologiche, soluzioni dei competitor e aggiornamenti del quadro normativo di riferimento.
  • Analisi e identificazione dei segmenti di clientela target di riferimento e delle persone attorno alle quali le soluzioni dovranno essere sviluppate in termini di prodotto, pricing e esperienza cliente, anche attraverso il supporto alla progettazione di survey, focus group e ricerche.
  • Definizione del concetto di offerta, del relativo pricing e del business plan di riferimento, incluse le modalità e le logiche di remunerazione dei canali di vendita e del modello operativo propedeutico alla delivery dei prodotti in ambito (preventivazione-vendita-installazione).
  • Coordinamento end-to-end del processo di sviluppo di un nuovo prodotto attraverso il presidio dell'interazione con le varie funzioni interessate (Marketing, Vendite, Comunicazione, Fatturazione, Legale ecc.) nonché con fornitori esterni di tecnologia, agendo in qualità di "Product Owner" nelle diverse attività progettuali di raccolta di requisiti di sviluppo, definizione dei dettagli delle soluzioni e gestione della loro implementazione fino al lancio commerciale.
  • Sviluppo e aggiornamento della documentazione contrattuale per il cliente finale, interagendo con i centri di competenza specifici (legale, HSE, regolatorio, fiscale ecc.).
  • Definizione di materiale informativo a supporto dei piani di marketing e dell'attività della rete di vendita (materiale di formazione, brief di comunicazione ecc.).
  • Definizione dei requisiti funzionali allo sviluppo e rilascio dei prodotti sui sistemi (CRM e Fatturazione) e gestione delle interazioni con le strutture ICT propedeutiche al rilascio dei prodotti in produzione, comprese le attività di test richieste.
  • Supporto nell'attività di coordinamento, efficientamento ed ottimizzazione delle attività commerciali, di delivery, e di sviluppo operativo dei prodotti in ambito e della interazione con fornitori e partner esterni.

Requisiti minimi

  • Laurea Magistrale in ambito affine.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo ed esperienza nello sviluppo e lancio di nuovi prodotti e servizi.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di Product e Project Management e delle metodologie di analisi e disegno dei processi.
  • Ottima padronanza nell'uso dei principali applicativi Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project (Plus), Strumenti di Agile project Management.
  • Completano il profilo: ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving e un forte "business acumen", attitudine per lavorare in un ambiente estremamente dinamico e in un mercato altamente competitivo in modo flessibile, proattività, team working ed orientamento ai risultati, capacità di collaborazione e relazione con interlocutori a tutti i livelli.
