Process Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Lilly. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct technical assessments and develop SOPs to standardize processes and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production problems with quality or safety impact.
  • Work with the Maintenance Team to ensure preventive and corrective activities are executed safely and on time.
  • Plan and execute shutdown or production stoppage activities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance policies, equipment reliability, and communication processes.
  • Analyze KPIs to evaluate improvement projects and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical)
  • Attention to HSE, Quality, and Data Integrity aspects
  • English fluency (minimum B2 level)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or other technical roles, preferably in a Pharma Company
Preferred Skills:
  • Teamworking and problem-solving attitude
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Multitasking attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data analytics and basic statistical methods
  • Knowledge of maintenance basics and its metrics
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to machinery
