At Marriott Hotels & Resorts, we are currently recruiting a Night F&B Service Expert/Chef de Rang – Room Service to join our team of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.

The role will cover tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but may also involve supporting other outlets. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

We look for individuals who love creating memorable experiences around food and drink and leaving a mark on the F&B department.

The Impact You'll Make

As one of our F&B Service Experts, you'll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You'll ensure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you'll deal with them right away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking guests' food and beverage orders and recording them in the internal system (Infrasys).
  • Making recommendations on menu items, special requests and upselling where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and checking with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
  • Setting up and preparing the outlet for each service period.
  • Ordering and restocking outlet inventory.
  • FOLLOWING Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Complying with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

Requirements

  • A passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
