Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Essity's Altopascio plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of operators, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

About the Role

  • Manage and coordinate a team of operators to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement production plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in process manufacturing industries, with a strong background in production management and team leadership.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
