Job Title: Senior Events Manager | Grand Hotel Timeo

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Events Manager to join our team at Grand Hotel Timeo. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and banqueting experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics and operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist the F&B Manager in creating the annual budget and controlling revenue profit margin
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with departments to prepare for events
  • Ensure events progress smoothly by following established procedures and collaborating with colleagues
  • Manage group room blocks and meeting space for assigned groups
  • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel
  • At least 2 years of experience at a similar level
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Additional languages desirable
  • Typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Projects
  • Familiar with local culture and governmental policies
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests
