About the Role

Tn Italy is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Planning Manager to join its team in Southern Europe. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and animate marketing campaigns (MAP) across key markets in line with allocated resources throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes across key channels and tools.
  • Support and coordinate with local marketing teams in monitoring campaign performance and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Proven marketing qualifications.
  • Successful work experience abroad.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge: Marketing tools and methods, Market understanding & analytics, Creative, Organisational skills.
  • Skills: Written communication skills, analytical methods, creativity, problem-solving, performance and results-driven, agile and proactive mindset to drive innovation, good interpersonal relationships, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
