We are Art Cosmetics, a leading Italian B2B contract manufacturer of color cosmetics. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovation and supporting creativity with technical and scientific expertise.

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose new ideas for textures, designs, and shades, and participate in the improvement of our existing product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with R&D to study new launches, including new concepts, ingredients, and textures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and lifestyle trends to identify opportunities for new products, variations, and ideas.
  • Work on shade proposals according to trends and clients' briefs.
  • Maintain and organize our color library.
  • Source new raw materials and drive market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide marketing support by developing marketing sheets and presenting products to clients.
  • Develop new ideas and blue-sky projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
  • At least 2 years of experience in make-up product development, with color perception and color matching skills, as well as knowledge of technologies.
  • Good knowledge of English; an additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and ability to find solutions.
  • Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities, and manage stress in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility.
